I only receive 2 small speakers, where is the sound bar? Wired subwoofer？

1. they are 2 joinable soundbars not speakers, they could be combined into 1 long soundbar.

Why is there no sound? Why doesn't it sound as described? What should I do if I find any other sound problems?

1. No sound: set TV audio/speaker: ARC/OPT

2. Any sound problem: set TV output format:PCM/stereo

3. Set path varies from brand, please provide your TV model for specific guidance.
Why can't it connect even though the cable is inserted?

1. remov Protective Cap of cable

2. make sure your TV port is HDMI-ARC rather than HDMI-1 or HDMI-standard, they are different

3. then set connect mode by soundbar remote
Can I sync TV/other remote with this remote? Is there battery in remote?

1. No. Only in ARC connection, you can use TV remote control soundbar.
